Jump & Pump

Workout: Complete 4 Rounds
-1st exercise: One partner will stay do push- ups for as long as it takes the other person to do 10 burpees.

-2nd exercise: For 30 seconds, one partner will do a straight arm plank while the other partner does as many push-ups as they can.

Think about where you will be a month from now.. then 6 months from now.. DONT QUIT. You are capable. Now go get your partner & kick some butt!
