Cupid’s Chiaberry Puddin’

  • 1 cup plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamonglen-carrie-429-e1492506472898.jpg
  • 1 tsp. almond butter
  • 1/2 cup fresh fruit
whisk together
(except pb & fruit)
cover & chill overnight.
add toppings when ready to eat

Oatmeal, Eggs, & Fruit

-Two hardboiled egg whites. (Protein)

-1/2 cup of oatmeal w/ water. (Carb)

-1/2 sliced banana.

-Tbs of Almond butter(Fat)

-A drizzle of honey

-& a few pieces of Pineapple

Try to have a well balanced meal every meal but ofcourse I dont always do that or have time to do that! The fruit is ofcourse a carb as well but just pointing out a few items about what is what because many people aren’t aware! 🙂
