Balanced Dinner

Grilled Chicken, sweet potato with pepper, & fresh green beans with ONE glass of wine always hits the spot!

Wine has MANY benefits if you stick to the recommended amount. For women it’s NO MORE than one 5 oz glass a day & for men is no more than two 5 oz glasses a day, which is totally UNFAIR i know! 😦 haha

Shrimp & Rice

Never want something really heavy for dinner because when youre sleeping your metabolism has slowed down. Having a full stomach when youre sleeping is not good for digestion! So try to also steer clear of food 2 to 3 hours before you go to bed!

Dinner:

Grilled Shrimp

Grilled Pineapple

White Rice w/ chopped onion, red peppers, & green peppers

Grilled Zucchini, Squash, Onion, & Mushrooms

Chicken & Shrimp Skewers

Fun & delicious dinner(or lunch) option! My favorite skewers are chicken and shrimp! I try to stay away from red meat because of some things I have studied. That is just my personal opinion so if you eat steak, steak skewers would work too! Seasoned with just garlic salt and pepper! Veggies below are red & green peppers, zuchinni, squash, onions, & mushrooms! I dipped the chicken & shrimp in hot sauce!

Benefits of hot sauce: low in calories compared to other dipping sauces, boosts your metabolism, and it can enhance your mood! Hot sauce contains capsaicin, which releases endorphins, which we all know enhance your mood and make you happy!
