Total Body Burn

Use the hashtag #MADrevolution & post a video of you and your workout partner doing our partner workouts!

-1st Exercise: for 30 seconds, one partner will do step ups while the other partner does planks into straight arm planks.. then switch.
-2nd Exercise: one partner will do 10 push press (each arm) with the other partners legs while they stay in a straight arm plank.. then switch.
(4 rounds)

For Time

Exercise 1 & 2: While partner 1 is performing a straight arm plank in exercise 1 and planks into straight arm planks in exercise 2 for 30 seconds, partner 2 will be doing step ups.

Repeat 4x

Partner Medicine Ball Throws

Jump & Pump

Workout: Complete 4 Rounds
-1st exercise: One partner will stay do push- ups for as long as it takes the other person to do 10 burpees.

-2nd exercise: For 30 seconds, one partner will do a straight arm plank while the other partner does as many push-ups as they can.

Think about where you will be a month from now.. then 6 months from now.. DONT QUIT. You are capable. Now go get your partner & kick some butt!
